HUMMUS with Oyster Mushrooms
WHAT YOU NEED
2 oz of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Handfuls of Oyster Mushrooms, clean and marinated in Chermoula
2 oz of Moroccan Cured Black Olives
1 Tbsp of Za’atar
1 Pinch of Dill
1 Pinch of Aleppo Peppers
HOW TO MAKE IT
Follow instruction for the homemade Hummus
Heat up the grill over medium heat and add a dash of olive oil. Add the marinated Oyster mushrooms with Chermoula and grill until golden on both sides, around 3-5 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Spread the hummus onto a serving platter and top with the mushrooms, cured olives.
Garnish with olive oil, za’atar, Aleppo peppers and the dill.
Serve this dish with warmed pita breads.
